Coaching Philosophy

At every level soccer should be FUN! Fun is a by-product of training sessions and games that are enjoyable. Fun and enjoyment mean different things to different athletes; most often players describe a fun practice as one that provides them with any combination of the following: a sense of accomplishment or achievement, positive self-concept, motivation to improve, learning new skills or concepts, creativity, exercise, sense of belonging, meaningful activity, competition, fear-free environment, positive feedback from the coach. The appropriate training and competitive environment should lead to improved individual and team performance which results in FUN!
