Training Schedule

Please bring the following soccer equipment to practices: A ball (size 4 for Dev thru U12, size 5 U13 and up), shinguards, soccer shoes, water and cold/rain weather gear if applicable.

Team members will be invited to join TeamSnap, and schedules including field locations and dates/times will be shared there.

 

For U08 to U10 (Dev program):

Practices are two times per week, usually 75 minutes long, and we try to have more consistent practice locations.

 

For U11 and up (Club Teams):

Practices are two times per week, usually 90 minutes long, and locations vary but are generally north of the ship canal.  There is also a fitness training available.

 

Fitness & Mental Skills:

ECFC offers weekly fitness training (outside of regular practice days) and mental skill training.  See our specialist coaches here.
